In an effort to create awareness about road safety , Department of Traffic North Zone Police Belagavi were in our midst today.The official and his team explained the basic traffic rules to be observed by the pedestrian , riders of two wheelers and four wheelers too.Also a detailed power point presentation was done to acquaint everyone with traffic rules.Their aim was to create consciousness among students and to sensitize them to follow road etiquettes like importance of helmet , seat belts , signals etc to reduce road accidents.
IKFF our school hosted International Kids Film Festival for two days to introduce kids to the magic of cinema and utilize its power to educate and inspire, providing an opportunity for students to watch the best of International films.
‘ The Child who sings is a happy Child’ Solo singing competition was conducted and students sung melodious songs which was mesmerizing.
Young minds can think new and big, and clay moulding competition was the perfect platform for the creative minds of the children to meet their colourful desires. The motive of this competition was to stimulate the imagination of the children.
Inter school Art and Imagination competition was organized by KLE School Haveri. Our students Yashmita Maradi and Kunal Patil won consolation prize and Shivani Shinde was adjudged as Best imaginative work.The principal congratulated all the achievers. They were guided by their art teacher ms.Anupama.
KLE School students here excelled in Pratibha Karanji competition held at Mahila Vidyalaya School here.Students from grade 1 to 6 particiapted in the competition.
Students were guided by Principal Sarojini Angolkar and incharge teachers Swati jadhav , Lata Kamble , Sonali Naik , Sonali Bajagar , Anupama.

The first Investiture Ceremony of KLE School Lingaraj Campus was held on 9th July 2019. The newly appointed School Cabinet Members were ceremoniously given their badges as a mark of recognition. The Chief Guest was Mr. Narayan Baramani ASST Commissioner of police Belagavi sub division who pinned the badges to 17 office bearers who donned the mantle of responsibility. The principal Mrs. Sarojini Angolkar administered the oath to the first school cabinet who pledged in keeping the school moto of ‘Service Before Self’ in high esteem and to fulfill their duty with utmost sincerity.
The chief guest appreciated and congratulated the newly elected cabinet and advised them to take up their duties sincerely and to be role – models of other students.
Good touch and Bad touch workshop was organized by IFD at Hunchnal school Belagavi. It was held to support the cause of creating awareness on child safety. All the students of class I to III participated in the workshop that was held. Every child needs to be taught that their body belongs to them and they have a right to protect it. The workshop was to teach the children how to identify the No Touch areas , understand who are Safe Adults and how to clearly communicate with parents about any bad experience.
