The Bharat Scouts & Guides education movement was initiated at KLE school with the sole aim of igniting the spark of ethical behaviour.It is a voluntary, non-political Educational Movement for young people, open to all without distinction of origin, race or creed, in accordance with the purpose, principles and method conceived by the Founder Lord Baden- Powell in 1907.

The Aim of Scouting and Guiding is four-fold. The formation of character, sound health habits, training in handicraft and acquiring useful skills, cultivation of a proper spirit of service efficiently. Fold path definitely equips each one with the right moral conduct and love for society which is the need of the hour.
